Consumer journeys

Two journeys, step by step.

The free sample gives a coupon. A bought pack gives cashback. Here is what the consumer does in each, start to finish.

Journey 1 · Offline sampling

Free sample, then a coupon

At a booth or event. The sample is free, so the reward is a coupon for the next paid purchase, and we track it to redemption.

🎪
1. At the booth
Scan the QR on a standee or tent card.
🎮
2. Play & register
A quick game, then name and number.
🎫
3. Free sample + coupon
Take the sample, get a coupon code.
🛒
4. Buy & apply
Use the coupon on the next purchase.
5. Redemption tracked
We see who redeemed, where and when.

No cashback here, because the sample is free. The coupon rewards the first paid buy and turns a trial into a tracked customer.

Journey 2 · Retail and quick commerce

Buy a pack, get cashback

A pack bought in a store, on Amazon or on Zepto. The code on the pack and the bill unlock cashback to UPI.

🛍
1. Buy a pack
In a store, on Amazon or Zepto.
🏷
2. Find the code
On or inside the pack.
💬
3. Code + bill
Enter the code and upload the bill in the chatbot.
🛡
4. Validated
Code proves the product, bill proves the buy.
💰
5. Cashback to UPI
Money back, and more off next time.

The same flow works wherever they bought, so every sale lands on one record and we know what was consumed.

How they differ

Same system, two rewards

Sampling

Coupon

The sample is free, so the code gives a coupon for the next paid purchase. Tracked when the coupon is used.

Retail and Zepto

Cashback

The pack is paid, so the code plus the bill give cashback to UPI, and more off the next time.
